BOOKING POLICY

• Please arrive on time.

• New clients, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

• Ensure your lashes are thoroughly clean and free from any traces of makeup.

• ​A credit card is required to hold your appointment. You will only be charged if you no-show or cancel within 12 hours.

• 25% cash deposit required to hold your appointment if you prefer not to provide credit card information.

• Clients must be at least 15 years old to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours will be charged a 30% fee.

• ​No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

• In case of a true emergency, part of the fee may be applied to future services.

REFILL POLICY 

• Have at least 50% of your lash extensions left for a refill. Less than 30% is considered a full set.

• If 80% of the extensions are grown out and loose, it will be considered a full set. 

• Appointments must be within 28 days of the last visit. Booking after 28 days from your last appointment will be considered a full set. No exceptions.

• IMPORTANT: Clients with existing lash extensions from other lash artists, please schedule a consultation before booking a fill appointment. If unable to consult, book a foreign refill or a full set. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $30 CHARGE APPLIED TO THE REGULAR REFILL SERVICE PRICE FOR FOREIGN FILLS.
