PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
NEW CLIENT POLICY
New clients are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete all necessary paperwork.
If you arrive less than 15 minutes early, any time needed to complete paperwork will be deducted from your service time. The full service price will still apply.
Please note that appointments are scheduled back-to-back. While we will always do our best to accommodate you, arriving on time ensures you receive the full allotted service time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a fee equal to 30% of the service price.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, Zeurilla Lashes may, at its discretion, apply part or all of the cancellation fee toward a future service.
REFUND POLICY
All services are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are final. If you experience any concerns with your service, you must contact Zeurilla Lashes within 24–48 hours of your appointment. Any adjustments are offered at the sole discretion of Zeurilla Lashes.
BOOKING POLICY
A valid credit card on file is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment or fail to show.
If you prefer not to keep a card on file, a 25% deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
MAKE-UP POLICY
Clients are required to arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes.
If makeup removal is necessary:
A $10 makeup removal fee will be applied
Time spent removing makeup will be deducted from your appointment time
Full service pricing will still apply
Arriving with makeup on may affect the quality of your results and can increase the risk of irritation or infection.
REFILL POLICY
Refill pricing is determined by the percentage of lash extensions remaining and the time since your last appointment.

At least 50% of lash extensions must remain for a refill

Less than 30% remaining will be considered a full set

If 80% of extensions are grown out or loose, the service will be considered a full set

Appointments must be within 28 days of your last visit

After 28 days, the appointment will be considered a full set
For best results, refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.
FOREIGN REFILL POLICY
Clients with existing lash extensions from another artist are required to book a consultation prior to scheduling a refill.
If the existing work cannot be safely filled, a removal and full set will be required.
An additional $30 fee will be applied to all foreign fills.
Example: If a classic refill is $70, the total cost for a foreign fill will be $100.
AGE POLICY
Clients must be at least 15 years of age to receive services.
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Zeurilla Lashes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed above.
