Results may vary by individual, and we do not guarantee identical results for all clients.

SECTION 3 – BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
When booking an appointment through our website or third-party booking platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.
If you experience difficulty booking online, you may contact us directly for assistance.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & CHANGES
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

SECTION 5 – CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service price.
If a client fails to arrive at the time of their scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, Zeurilla Lashes may, at its sole discretion, apply all or part of the cancellation fee toward a future service.

By booking services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.
Zeurilla Lashes is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
